Refund Policy

We want No All-Nighters to genuinely help you finish work without panic. If it doesn't, we'd rather you stop paying than feel stuck. Here's how we handle refunds.

The 14-day free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. This is the easiest and recommended way to make sure No All-Nighters is right for you.

You can cancel at any time from inside the app by clicking "Manage subscription" in the sidebar, or by emailing admin@noallnighters.com.

After the trial

Once the trial ends, your payment method is charged £3.99 for the first month and the subscription renews every month until cancelled. Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable, because you have full access to the service during each billing period.

Cancellation vs. refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current month. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If you want an actual refund, email us. We do not automatically refund cancellations after the 14-day window.

How to request a refund

Email admin@noallnighters.com from the address on your No All-Nighters account. Include the date of the charge you want refunded. We aim to respond within two business days and, where a refund is due, to process it within seven days. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in, including rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU consumer law.

Billed by Paddle

All No All-Nighters subscriptions are billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., our merchant of record. Paddle handles the actual refund transaction once we approve it. If you have a direct payment dispute, you can also contact Paddle support at paddle.net.
